This season AC Milan is ready to face new exciting challenges with the same enthusiasm and determination as ever. Thanks to the extraordinary successes achieved over the past few years we are the Club with the greatest number of international trophies in the world. Today we look at the future with the awareness of our value, with the willingness of always being the protagonists in Italy and in the world.

The sports excellence is the result of the far-sighted entrepreneurial vision of the Ownership: thanks to the trust on the part of Silvio Berlusconi I have the honour to manage a Club capable of exciting millions of enthusiastic supporters. AC Milan has indeed the power to convey to its fantastic rossoneri fans the positive values that football must represent: passion, loyalty and will to win.

This is the reason why we pay special attention to the dialogue with our national and international public by means of the most modern communication media. Milan Channel, the first satellite TV channel entirely dedicated to an Italian football club, has surpassed the threshold of 50,000 subscribers. Our institutional web site www.acmilan.com, edited also in English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Japanese boasts 1 million single visitors per month. The Club’s historical magazine Forza Milan! is now distributed also in China in the Chinese language. It is indeed to our fans that we have decided to devote a very important new project of Customer Care that will allow us to interact with them and get to know them better in order to best satisfy their unequalled passion for the rossoneri colours.

The planetary visibility of the A.C. Milan brand raises the interest of domestic and foreign companies that wish to associate their brand to our Team. AC Milan represents for enterprises a privileged communication medium to reach multiple reference targets. We specifically develop  innovative systems and projects for our partnership with the business world. With this spirit we organize every year important events dedicated to our Business Community, including the Milan Business Forum, conceived to enhance and promote synergies among our partners.

As part of our tradition, our Club wants to convey to the young people, who represent the future AC Milan,  the same values, the same sports culture that have always characterized the rossoneri colours. For said purpose we have strongly promoted AC Milan Youth Project. This initiative reflects the Club’s image as an Entertainment Company and comprises the organization of entertaining events for kids and families in 4 continents and 22 nations in the world. From Japan to the United States, from Venezuela to Africa, this summer over 8000 youngsters have participated in Milan Junior Camps.

The popularity of football and of our Club have made us aware of the importance attributed to us and of the social role that AC Milan must fulfil. That’s why Fondazione Milan, a non-profit organization of social utility, has been operating for two years and, under the leadership of Leonardo, is committed to promoting social wealth and disseminating the culture and practice of sport as a mean to reach psychophysical health, social integration and improve life quality. In the course of the first 24 months of work we have already allocated over one million Euros for the realization of 19 very important projects.

In order to continue being the leader in our core business, the production of top-level football, AC Milan needs the full support and constant availability of its human resources, of its champions. That’s why I’ve strongly believed in Milan Lab since the very beginning, our high-tech applied scientific research centre. Thanks to new technologies and to the cooperation with major IT enterprises, AC Milan is the first football club in the world capable of monitoring the psycho-physical condition of its champions thereby allowing them to offer excellent performances in line with the public’s expectations.
